Is Crocodile Dundee suing Australia?

Sounds like Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan is trying to sue the Australian government for over $50 million. He claims they damaged his reputation by investigating him for tax evasion. The investigation lasted five years but was eventually dropped due to lack of evidence.

I wonder how this will end...settlement, dismissal?
