I'd like to buy Pink Floyd songs from iTunes, but are they have similar disputes as The Beatles did?

Yes, music label EMI has settled a dispute with Pink Floyd about venues like iTunes selling Pink Floyd’s work as singles. Pink Floyd originally sued over breach of contract, saying that EMI selling singles instead of full albums violated the “artistic integrity” of Pink Floyd’s work. They have now reached an agreement, so we should expect Pink Floyd’s singles to become available soon!
